Learn to grow shiitake mushrooms on an oak log. Keep your log or give it to someone for the holidays. In this hands-on workshop participants will inoculate their own log, and leave with the skills to make more. We will serve warm shiitake broth during the workshop and have a fire going to stay cozy.
