The Teddy Bear Trot is back, live and in person! The Martha’s Vineyard Boys & Girls Club, in conjunction with Amity Island Running Club and Point B Realty, are happy to be sponsoring the 7th Annual Teddy Bear Trot 5K and Virtual Fun Run, part of the 11th Annual Martha's Vineyard Teddy Bear Suite as well as the Christmas in Edgartown festivities. All ages and levels are encouraged to run or walk this 5K course through Edgartown, which will be decorated for the holidays, and to show some spirit by wearing their own festive holiday attire! Dogs and strollers are welcomed!! Please take photos and submit them with your race results!
The pre-race entrance fee is $30.00 for the 5K and $10.00 for the kids' Fun Run. All proceeds go to the Club’s Happy Healthy Kids program, an after-school program that provides free food to hundreds of Island children each week, which is the focus of the Martha's Vineyard Teddy Bear Suite fundraiser. Day of registration is $35.00 for the 5K and $15.00 for the Fun Run, and will be available from 7:30-8:30 am on December 12 at the Martha's Vineyard Boys & Girls Club. Bib pick-up is on Saturday, December 11 from 4:00-5:00 pm.
